Since moving to Bristol, I have carried out extensive renovations to property, doing the majority of work myself.
The work that I have carried out included fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, tiling, flooring throughout the flat, plumbing (including fitting a boiling water tap). During these renovations, I had to find solutions to countless problems that are faced when doing this sort of work.
Looking for something new to do, I figured that I could apply the things I have learnt through renovating to other people’s challenges. Particularly looking at people requiring a second pair of hands, or perhaps those who need a confidence boost in their DIY ability. I charge a rate of £15 per hour on the job (+ price of materials purchased, evidenced by receipts). For that price, you will also have my advice prior to arriving to help with the job. Alternatively, you can let me get on with the job for the same price, if you decide DIY isn’t for you.
